If you are using a mobile device, check if your Google Chrome app is updated. If a problem still occurs after doing so, please install the Firefox App and watch the lessons through it.
-
If you are using a PC, check if Google Chrome is updated. If you still can't see the video after doing that, maybe it's because of an extension you installed (like AdBlock). If so, lessons can be viewed through a browser such as Firefox.
-
If you are using a computer, try connecting your computer directly to the Internet through an RJ-45 cable instead if your Internet access is via Wi-Fi.
-
If you are using a mobile phone to watch the lessons, try watching the lessons directly via mobile data instead if your internet access is via Wi-Fi.
-
Also, go to Browser Settings and Allow third-party cookies.
-
If all the above fails, try updating the operating system of your device.
-
If you are using an Apple device to view the lessons, please use the Google Chrome browser updated to the latest version to view the lessons. If the problem still occurs, update your IOS/Mac OS and try again.
-
Also, check if your internet connection is active if the lesson stops midway.
If you have tried all the above but you still can't see the video, please contact us again with a screenshot of the problem via [email protected].
